Scott Morris, Stephen Einstein & Associates, P.C.

Scott Morris is a Board Member of the NCBA and is the Chairman for NCBA’s PAC, and Co-Chair of the Communication Pillar. Practicing in both NY and NJ, Scott is a Principal and the Chief Compliance Officer of Stephen Einstein & Associates, P.C. Scott joined the firm after a six-year career at Midland Credit Management, Inc., a wholly-owned subsidiary of Encore Capital Group, where he helped design, implement and optimize Midland’s internal legal department.

Both at Midland and Stephen Einstein & Associates, he has worked on matters involving the CFPB, State Attorney General, federal, state and local regulations, in addition to implementing Compliance Management Systems, improving operational and technological processes, and providing management and leadership to numerous employees. He earned his J.D., cum laude, in 2004 from New York Law School and his B.L.A, in 1998 from the University of Maryland, College Park. He is admitted to the bars of the State of New Jersey and New York.

Sean Clark, Provana LLC

Sean Clark is the Senior Vice President, Platforms at Provana LLC where he guides the development of compliance, analytics, automation and consumer experience platforms across several market verticals. He possesses sixteen years of experience through multiple roles in the collections industry and has an MBA in Enterprise Resource Planning (Summa cum Laude) from the Kania school at the University of Scranton.

Sean has spoken at several industry conferences, including RMAi, The Forwarders List, webinars, and NCBA events. He has addressed topics including Collection Platforms, Document management systems, Change management, Compliance and Analytics technology, and Omnichannel communication.
