The 2024 NCBA Connect conference is THE premier event for the creditors rights industry, bringing together a diverse group of attorneys, credit grantors, and industry vendors all under one roof. The conference will feature a program rich in unique educational content—offering both outstanding, industry-specific sessions and the opportunity to earn CLE credits—alongside client meetings and networking events. Additionally, attendees will gain valuable insights into NCBA advocacy efforts at both the federal and state levels, and the Exhibit Hall will highlight cutting-edge innovations in the field.

Please note: this year's conference is Monday through Thursday not Tuesday through Friday.

We recommend reserving your sleeping room to check-in on Monday, October 21 or Tuesday, October 22 and check-out on Thursday, October 24.

The discounted room rate for the conference is $229 per night plus tax.

The hotel block cut-off date for reservations is Friday, September 27, 2024. After this date, reservations at this highly discounted rate will be subject to availability. Please note, you must be registered for the NCBA conference to maintain a sleeping room in the room block.

The hotel requires a method of payment to guarantee the booking, and reservations must be canceled 72 hours prior to check-in date to not be charged.

On Tuesday morning, there are several special activities planned that require separate registration:

Golf Scramble Sponsored by TRAKAmerica – TRAKAmerica will be hosting a Golf Scramble at the prestigious and beautiful Signature Course at the English Turn Golf and Country Club on Tuesday, October 22, with an 8:00 a.m. shotgun.
Pickleball Tournament Sponsored by Provana – A Pickleball Tournament will be held at the HealthClub by Hilton at Hilton New Orleans Riverside which is within walking distance to the Sheraton on Tuesday, October 22 from 9:00 to 11:00 a.m.
New Orleans Walking Tour – We are hosting a walking tour led by an experienced New Orleans guide starting at 7:00 a.m.

You must be registered for the conference to participate in any of these activities.

Registration Rates

Full Event Registration includes admission to educational sessions, the exhibit hall, and social programs including the Tuesday and Wednesday Night Networking Receptions. The NEW Monday Night President's Reception is for all committee and peer forum participants and volunteers, SCBA Presidents, first time conference attendees, new members, board members and past presidents. Attendance to Client Open Group, Closed Group, and Individual Meetings will only be open to NCBA Members. Non-members who are eligible for membership will not be able to access any Client Meetings.

Registration for the 2024 NCBA Connect conference is open to all current NCBA Law Firm Members and those eligible to be a Law Firm Member. If your membership is current, please make sure you are logged in before registering to receive member pricing. To confirm membership status with NCBA or renew your membership, please email membership@creditorsbar.org. If your membership is not current, join now or create an Eligible Non-Member account before registering. All registrations are reviewed to ensure they meet NCBA eligibility policies. NCBA reserves the right to refuse or cancel all ineligible registrations at any time.

Quantity Discounts

NCBA offers a $100 discount per registration when registering 4 or more attendees. All attendees must be registered at the same time.

Cancellation Policy

Written cancellations received on or before September 11, 2024, will be processed less a $100 processing fee.
Written cancellations received between September 12, 2024, and October 8, 2024, will be processed less a $350 processing fee.
NO REFUNDS will be made for cancellation requests on or after October 9, 2024.
NO REFUNDS will be issued for No-Show attendees including cancellations due to weather.
Because of the commitments required by NCBA, no refunds are offered for golf or pickleball.
Attendee registrations may be transferred to another individual within the organization. Submit requests to jessica@creditorsbar.org.
