Golf Scramble - Registration Deadline March 7th

TRAKAmerica will be hosting a Golf Scramble at the prestigious and beautiful Fields Ranch West at the Omni PGA Frisco on Wednesday, April 10, with an 8:00 a.m. shotgun.

Must be registered for the Executive Experience to participate in the golf scramble.

The NCBA room block is now closed. You can book your rooms directly through the Omni PGA website https://www.omnihotels.com/hotels/pga-frisco.

We recommend reserving hotel rooms beginning on Tuesday, April 9 and checking-out on Friday, April 12. The 2024 solar eclipse is going to be visible from Dallas on April 8, around 12 p.m. local time.  

The hotel requires a 1-night credit card deposit at the time of booking. Reservations may be cancelled up to 72 hours prior to check-in date or the deposit will be forfeited.

Omni PGA Frisco Resort is located near the following airports:

• Dallas/Fort Worth International Airport (DFW) is 29.8 miles from the hotel (approximately 29 minutes).
• Dallas Love Field Airport (DAL) is 31.7 miles from the hotel (approximately 38 minutes).

Registration Rates

For discounted NCBA Law Firm Member Rates, 2024 NCBA Membership dues must be paid by January 3, 2024.

Full Event Registrations include admission to educational sessions, social programs including the Wednesday Night Networking Reception and the Thursday Night Networking Reception and Dinner, and activities.

Registration for the NCBA 2024 Executive Experience is open to all current NCBA Law Firm Members and those eligible to be a Law Firm member. If your membership is current, make sure you are logged in before registering to receive member pricing. If your membership is not current, join now. Vendors may attend the event as Sponsors only.

Quantity Discounts

NCBA offers a $100 discount per registration when registering 4 or more attendees. All attendees must be registered at the same time.

Cancellation Policy

• Written cancellations received by February 28, 2024, will be processed less a $100 processing fee.
• Written cancellations received between February 29, 2024, and March 26, 2024, will be processed less a $350 processing fee.
• NO REFUNDS will be made for cancellation requests on or after March 27, 2024.
• NO REFUNDS will be issued for No-Show attendees including cancellations due to weather.
• Because of the commitments required by NCBA, no refunds are offered for golf or pickleball.
• Attendee registrations may be transferred to another individual within the organization. Submit requests to [email protected].
