2023 NCBA Connect Exhibit Booth - Denver

Exhibit booths will be assigned in priority order based on the vendor's spend with NCBA in 2023 and then based on the order of receipt of the exhibitor interest, registration form and payment.

Exhibitor Set-up: Wednesday, May 3, 2023, 7:30AM-10:00AM 

Exhibit Hours:       

  • Wednesday, May 3, 2023, 10:00AM - 6:30PM.   Reception 5:00PM - 6:30PM
  • Thursday, May 4, 2023, 7:45AM – 5:00PM.  Cheers to 30 Years Anniversary Celebration at the PARLUR Restaurant 5:00PM - 6:30PM
  • Friday, May 5, 2023, 7:45AM - 11:45AM

Exhibitor space includes: 1 skirted 6' table, 2 chairs, 2 complimentary full-conference registrations, complimentary basic wifi, sponsored by ProVest. Electrical and additional internet services are available through Alliance. Please review carefully and sign your Exhibitor Contract and return it with your Proof of Insurance for at least $1,000,000 in coverage with NCBA (NOTE: New NCBA Address) 1990 Main St., Ste 750, Sarasota, FL 34236, listed as additional insured to [email protected] to complete your Exhibitor Registration.  

Exhibit booth may be canceled up to 6 weeks prior to each conference for a full refund or transfer to a future conference.

Hotel Information
NCBA greatly appreciates attendees reserving sleeping rooms at the official conference hotel: Sheraton Denver Downtown Hotel 1500 Court Place, Denver, CO 80202-5107. Room Rate $239 plus tax. The hotel cut-off date for reservations is Friday, April 26th, 2023. Certain nights at the hotel will sell out, so please make your reservations early! Please cancel or change any room reservations at least 72 hours prior to your arrival day to avoid charges. Book your reservation here.
