Note: After July 1, 2021 all dues for new members will be prorated by half for the rest of the year. Below are the full year prices. 

Law Firm Membership 

Please note the membership level that accurately reflects the number of attorneys in your firm devoting a significant portion of his/her practice to the representation of creditors or related to the practice of creditors rights law.

1 Creditors Rights Attorney: $1,200
2-3 Creditors Rights Attorneys: $1,500
4-9 Creditors Rights Attorneys: $2,250
10-17 Creditors Rights Attorney: $3,200

18-24 Creditors Rights Attorneys: $4,250

25+ Creditors Rights Attorneys: $5,250

Enterprise: $13,000

National Creditors Bar Association’s online Law Firm Directory is where clients and potential clients can find your contact information. NCBA is able to offer additional address listings in the Directory at $200 per listing for 2020.

Individual Membership: Available for In-House Counsel and Law Students Only. 

Individual In-House Counsel*: $2,400
Law Student Membership: $50

*In-house counsel of a non-law firm, defined as an attorney who is employed full time by a non-governmental corporation, partnership, association, or other legal entity, including its subsidiaries and organizational affiliates, that is not itself engaged in the practice of law or the rendering of legal services outside such organization.
