National Creditors Bar Association

The National Creditors Bar Association (NCBA) is a national bar association dedicated to serving law firms representing clients in matters relating to creditors rights law. NCBA's mission is to preserve and enhance the integrity and viability of legal collections. NCBA's values are: Professional, Ethical, Responsible. In addition to local, state, and federal laws and State Bar Association licensing and certification, NCBA law firms are required to adhere to the NCBA Code of Professional Conduct and Ethics.
