Cancellation Policy

2026 Client Summit Registration Cancellation Policy

• Registration cancellation requests must be received in writing up to 6 weeks prior to the start of the event for a refund, less a $50 processing fee.
• No refunds given after this deadline has passed. Please email cancellation requests to conferences@creditorsbar.org.

2026 Executive Experience Registration Cancellation Policy

• Written cancellations received by March 5, 2026, will be processed less a $100 processing fee.
• Written cancellations received between March 6, 2026, and March 31, 2026, will be processed less a $350 processing fee.
• NO REFUNDS will be made for cancellation requests on or after April 1, 2026.
• NO REFUNDS will be issued for No-Show attendees including cancellations due to weather.
• Because of the commitments required by NCBA, no refunds are offered for golf or pickleball.
• Attendee registrations may be transferred to another individual within the organization. Submit requests to jessica@creditorsbar.org.

2026 NCBA Connect Registration Cancellation Policy

• Written cancellations received on or before September 9, 2026, will be processed less a $100 processing fee.
• Written cancellations received between September 10, 2026, and October 5, 2026, will be processed less a $350 processing fee.
• NO REFUNDS will be made for cancellation requests on or after October 6, 2026.
• NO REFUNDS will be issued for No-Show attendees including cancellations due to weather.
• Because of the commitments required by NCBA, no refunds are offered for golf or pickleball.
• Attendee registrations may be transferred to another individual within the organization.  Submit requests to jessica@creditorsbar.org.

2026 NCBA Connect Exhibit Booth Cancellation Policy

Exhibitor requests to cancel their Contract to Exhibit and to receive a refund must be received by NCBA in writing no later than August 17, 2026, 8 weeks, prior to the start of the scheduled conference. Any request to cancel received prior to August 17, 2026, less than 8 weeks prior to the conference, will not be honored and no refund will be issued to the Exhibitor.  Exhibitors who cancel their contract timely and are compliant with all terms and conditions set forth herein, are entitled to a refund of amounts tendered to NCBA less a $325.00 processing fee.
