Cancellation Policy
2025 NCBA Connect Cancellation Policy
- Written cancellations received on or before September 10, 2025, will be processed less a $100 processing fee.
- Written cancellations received between September 11, 2025, and October 7, 2025, will be processed less a $350 processing fee.
- NO REFUNDS will be made for cancellation requests on or after October 8, 2025.
- NO REFUNDS will be issued for No-Show attendees including cancellations due to weather.
- Because of the commitments required by NCBA, no refunds are offered for golf or pickleball.
- Attendee registrations may be transferred to another individual within the organization. Submit requests to jessica@creditorsbar.org.
2026 Client Summit Cancellation Policy
- Registration cancellation requests must be received in writing up to 6 weeks prior to the start of the event for a refund, less a $50 processing fee.
- No refunds given after this deadline has passed. Please email cancellation requests to conferences@creditorsbar.org.
2026 Executive Experience Cancellation Policy
- Written cancellations received by March 5, 2026, will be processed less a $100 processing fee.
- Written cancellations received between March 6, 2026, and March 31, 2026, will be processed less a $350 processing fee.
- NO REFUNDS will be made for cancellation requests on or after April 1, 2026.
- NO REFUNDS will be issued for No-Show attendees including cancellations due to weather.
- Because of the commitments required by NCBA, no refunds are offered for golf or pickleball.
- Attendee registrations may be transferred to another individual within the organization. Submit requests to jessica@creditorsbar.org.
