Medina, OH – June 2, 2025 – Frost Echols, LLC is pleased to announce the opening of its newest office location in Medina, Ohio and the addition of attorney Crystal M. Duplay to the firm.
Crystal brings a wealth of experience and dedication to creditor representation, with a legal career focused on the challenges and nuances facing both creditors and debt collection entities. She holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Baldwin Wallace University and earned her Juris Doctor from the Cleveland-Marshall College of Law at Cleveland State University.
An accomplished speaker and published author, Ms. Duplay is a respected voice in the collection industry. She currently serves as Secretary of the Ohio Creditor’s Attorney Association and sits on the Board of Directors for the National Creditors Bar Association (NCBA). She is licensed to practice law in the states of Ohio and Wisconsin, as well as before the Supreme Court of the United States.
In her new role at Frost Echols, LLC, Ms. Duplay will assist clients with both compliance and litigation matters, further strengthening the firm’s commitment to providing exceptional legal counsel and representation to the creditor community.
