Brian Cloud is the managing partner of Cloud & Willis, LLC with a main office in Birmingham, AL and satellite offices in Mobile, AL; Bessemer, AL and Nashville, TN. He manages the firm's practices in Alabama, Georgia and Tennessee.
Brian Cloud received his undergraduate degree at the University of Notre Dame, where he graduated with a B.A. in history and government. In 2001, Mr. Cloud graduated from Cumberland School of Law, Samford University with a J.D. and an M.B.A. He was licensed to practice law and admitted to the Georgia Bar in 2001, followed by the Alabama Bar in 2003 and the Tennessee Bar in 2022. He is the founding member of the Firm, which is a full-service firm in the areas of creditors rights, corporate law and real estate law.
Brian has been married to his wife Brandy for 20 years and they have twin boys -- John Allan and Bryant.
