The 2026 NCBA Connect conference is THE premier event for the legal collections industry, bringing together a diverse group of attorneys, credit grantors, and industry vendors all under one roof. The conference will feature a program rich in unique educational content—including outstanding, industry-specific sessions and the opportunity to earn CLE credits—alongside client meetings and networking events. Additionally, attendees will gain valuable insights into NCBA advocacy efforts at both the federal and state levels, and the Exhibit Hall will highlight cutting-edge innovations in the field.

On Monday, October 12, there are several activities planned that require separate registration:

Reserve Rooms

Room Rate: $279 plus tax and $30 resort fee

Recommended Check-in/Check-out:

  • Standard attendees: Monday, October 12 or Tuesday, October 13 through Thursday, October 15
  • Golf and Pickleball Participants: Sunday, October 11 or arrive early on Monday, October 12 through Thursday, October 15

You must be registered for the conference to book in the room block. NCBA discounted rates are availabe until Wednesday, September 16, or whenever the hotel sells out. We recommend reserving your rooms ASAP to secure the lowest pricing and confirm your stay in the offical conference hotel.

Please be cautious when responding to emails from external sources about reserving rooms, as some may attempt to fraudulently offer hotel accommodations.

Travel Information

Orlando International Airport (MCO) is 13 miles from the hotel.

Registration Rates

Full Event Registrations include admission to educational sessions, the exhibit hall, and social programs including the Tuesday Night Defense Bar Reception and late night After Party and the Wednesday Night Networking Reception. The Monday Night President’s Reception (by invitation only) is for all committee and peer forum participants and volunteers, SCBA Presidents, new members, board members and past presidents. Attendance to Client Open Group, Closed Group, and Individual Meetings will only be open to NCBA Members. Non-members who are eligible for membership will not be able to access any Client Meetings.

Registration 

Registration for the 2026 NCBA Connect conference is open to all current NCBA Law Firm Members and those eligible to be a Law Firm Member. If your membership is current, please make sure you are logged in before registering to receive member pricing. To confirm membership status with NCBA or renew your membership, please email membership@creditorsbar.org. If your membership is not current, join now or create an Eligible Non-Member account before registering. All registrations are reviewed to ensure they meet NCBA eligibility policies. NCBA reserves the right to refuse or cancel all ineligible registrations at any time.

Quantity Discounts

NCBA offers a member discount when All attendees register at the same time: $100 discount per registered member when registering 4 attendees; A $150 discount per registered member for attendees 5-9; and $200 discount per registered member for attendees 10 and up.

If registering 4 or more attendees in different registration categories (i.e. NCBA Law Firm Attorney and NCBA Law Firm Non-Attorney Staff), please contact jessica@creditorsbar.org for assistance prior to registering. Cross ticket category discounts are not automatically applied.

Cancellation Policy

  • Written cancellations received on or before September 9, 2026, will be processed less a $100 processing fee.
  • Written cancellations received between September 10, 2026, and October 5, 2026, will be processed less a $350 processing fee.
  • NO REFUNDS will be made for cancellation requests on or after October 6, 2026.
  • NO REFUNDS will be issued for No-Show attendees including cancellations due to weather.
  • Because of the commitments required by NCBA, no refunds are offered for golf or pickleball.
  • Attendee registrations may be transferred to another individual within the organization. Submit requests to jessica@creditorsbar.org.
