The client meetings and events will be held at:

- If you have already reserved hotel rooms and need to cancel or change your reservations, please contact the hotel at least 72 hours prior to your arrival day to avoid charges.
Registration Rates
Full Conference Registrations include admission to Client Group and Individual Meetings as well as social programs including the Wednesday Night Reception. All registrations are reviewed to ensure they meet NCBA eligibility policies. NCBA reserves the right to refuse or cancel all ineligible registrations at any time. Cancellation Policy
Registration cancellation requests must be received in writing up to 6 weeks prior to the start of the event for a refund, less a $25 processing fee. No refunds given after this deadline has passed. Please email cancellation requests to [email protected].
