State Government

National Creditors Bar Association membership directly links members to valuable state-level information.  Though not affiliated with or related to National Creditors Bar Association, State Creditor Bar Associations (SCBAs) provide timely "ground level" information and updates.  National Creditors Bar Association works with the SCBAs to keep National Creditors Bar Association members aware of important events occurring at the state level.
