Wednesday, May 15

Time Meeting
3:00 - 3:30 p.m.

TRAKAmerica - OPEN

TRAKAmerica is seeking new law firms in all states to accommodate its growth and expansion into several key new markets with a specific emphasis on specialty finance products across multiple asset classes. Unlike TRAKAmerica’s core footprint of portfolio servicing in the unsecured consumer card, consumer loan, auto and student loan sectors, their objective is to engage firms who have servicing expertise in the areas of small business loans, commercial loans, multi-family housing and other specialty finance products.  They ask that attendance be limited to only new law firms that do not currently have a relationship with TRAKAmerica and that have experience in the products described.

Harley-Davidson Financial Services - OPEN

Harley-Davidson Financial Services will use this session to gather information on attorney firms whose practice areas include the replevin process to recover secured property.  HDFS invites both Multi-state firms as well as solo practitioners. This meeting will be an opportunity to introduce HDFS to prospective firms who may have an interest in working our replevin cases.  Attorneys are welcome to bring marketing materials.

LCS Financial Services Corporation is a Colorado-based collection agency that includes a legal department that runs a nationwide legal network. They offer more than 35 years of legal management experience with a premier attorney network encompassing a variety of member law firms. They are currently reviewing their need for consumer collection law firms in Alaska, Pennsylvania, Delaware, Iowa and Connecticut. In addition to the listed states, all consumer collection law firms are invited to attend, as LCS’s needs may change.  LCS Financial Services not only works with original creditors, but they also have their own debt purchasing company. Firms need to be able to handle both types of business across all asset classes.

Harvest Strategy Group - OPEN

Harvest Strategy Group is currently reviewing their need for consumer collection firms in New Mexico, Alaska, Vermont, and Maine. Primarily those with original creditor and debt buyer experience in auto deficiency, replevin, credit card, and installment loan, with preferred exposure to student loans and medical debt also.

Chase Bank - OPEN

Chase Bank is seeking information on and from credit card collections law firms in Florida, Texas, Pennsylvania, Ohio, Michigan, Massachusetts, Georgia, Virginia, Indiana, Louisiana, and Oklahoma. Chase will use this session to speak with firms covering those states, and we invite all such firms to attend. Original creditor experience and current clients is preferred.

Choice Recovery is an Ohio-based collection agency with client's nationwide. Choice Recovery's clients are primarily medical institutions, but they have many commercial clients. Choice is looking for collection firms in Indiana, North and South Carolina, California, Oklahoma, Pennsylvania, and New York. They are looking to form a relationship with law firms that have a high level of integrity, a strong culture, and align with its values.

The Toyota representative will use the session to gather information on attorney firms that specialize in auto and have a footprint in multiple states. There is no immediate RFP, this is the initial phase of vetting out options that may work after their national firm is launched. Attorneys are invited to bring marketing material to drop off at the end of the meeting.

The Aubrey Law Firm - OPEN 

The Aubrey Law Firm specializes in commercial collection for non-bank entities and debt buyers. They represent many of the industry leading lenders and MCA providers and are looking to expand their nationwide network of attorneys.

Attendees from direct credit issuers and any non-attorney owned or managed debt-buyers and networks are cordially invited to attend this invitation-only interactive event. After a long day of meetings, enjoy drinks and pre-dinner hors d’oeuvres with your fellow colleagues. We welcome you to participate in an interactive discussion on a topic relevant to Direct Credit Issuers, Non-Law Firm Debt Buyers and Networks. (Direct credit issuers, non-attorney owned or managed debt-buyers and network attendees only, please.)


Client Group Meetings with Attorneys

Options to Hold Either Open or Closed Client Meetings

As a service for Credit Grantors/Clients, National Creditors Bar Association provides complimentary meeting space to hold meetings with larger groups of attorneys at our semi-annual Conferences.

  • As a result of client feedback, we are offering 30-minute and a limited number of 60-minute sessions.

  • These meetings are scheduled on Thursday, May 16, 2019. 

  • Closed Meetings are open only to the attorneys the client invites. 

  • Open Client Meetings are meetings for clients looking to hire new attorneys and are open to all conference attendees. Typically at the open meetings, the client will present an overview of what their company does and location of attorneys they are looking to hire. After the presentation, the attendees stay to drop off business cards and meet the client. Special Spring 2019 Conference: Clients holding Open Meetings will receive TWO Complimentary Full Conference Registrations!

National Creditors Bar Association will provide:

  • One (1) complimentary Full Conference Registration

  • Complimentary meeting space

  • A complimentary standard audio/visual setup (laptop, projector, screen, and microphone)

  • The opportunity to submit five (5) complimentary Additional Credentials: full-time employees of your company for attendance to your meeting only. NOTE: This is to be utilized for those employees to attend only your large Group Client Meeting, who are not planning to attend any other conference activities. Full conference registrations may be purchased through for attendees interested in attending other conference education and social events.

  • A staff monitor outside the entrance to your assigned room to only allow attendees with an official conference badge to enter.

National Creditors Bar Association asks that you:

  • Complete the GROUP Meeting Application indicating a time of day preference and if you would like a 30 or 60 minute time slot.

  • Identify - on the application – the name of the individual who will utilize the complimentary registration.

  • Submit the names of your five (5) Additional Credentials. These are full-time employees of your company who will be attending your Client Meeting only. Once your meeting is confirmed, a link will be sent to you to register your Additional Credentials Attendees.

  • Invite your attorneys and advise them they MUST be registered for the National Creditors Bar Association Conference to attend your meeting. Anyone without a badge will not be allowed access to your meeting.

  • Indicate on the application if you will be holding an OPEN or CLOSED meeting. If you would like to hold an OPEN meeting, you must be recruiting attorneys at the time of the Conference.

  • All CLOSED meetings will need to be monitored by your personnel just inside the door of your meeting.

  • There may be more than one Client Group Meeting happening at the same time. If there is a client(s) that you would like to request not have a meeting at the same time as your meeting, please indicate it on your request form.

Client Individual Meetings with Attorneys

Credit Grantors/Clients also utilize the Conferences to hold INDIVIDUAL meetings with their attorneys. National Creditors Bar Association provides an opportunity for you to reserve private meeting space for a reasonable fee.

INDIVIDUAL meeting room reservations will include two (2) Complimentary Additional Credentials (These are badges for full-time employees of your company to access ONLY your own client meeting. These badges are for attendees not planning on attending any other conference activities). Please submit these names on the Individual Meeting Room Request Form.


Client Meeting Request Form for Receptions or Luncheons

Credit Grantors/Clients also may request meeting space for private luncheons or receptions. 

National Creditors Bar Association respectfully requests that your firm or company NOT schedule any meetings (including hospitality suites, etc.) anytime on Friday or Saturday during Conference educational sessions or social events.
