Client Group Meetings with Attorneys

As a service for Credit Grantors/Clients, National Creditors Bar Association provides complimentary meeting space to hold meetings with larger groups of attorneys at our semi-annual Conferences.

  • NCBA offers Group Meetings based on space availability.
  • These meetings are scheduled on Thursday, October 17. 

If you wish to hold a meeting - please complete and return the GROUP Meeting Application prior to July 20, 2019 for best location. Space will be reserved on a first-come, first-served basis. If you are not the person who will hold the meeting but you know your company might want to hold a meeting, please forward this email on to the individual responsible within your company.

National Creditors Bar Association will provide:

  • One (1) complimentary Full Conference Registration.
  • Hold an OPEN Client Meeting and receive (2) Complimentary Full Conference Registrations. (Open Client Meetings are open for all conference attendees and are for Credit Grantors/Clients/Debt Buyers who are recruiting NCBA Attorneys at the time of the conference.)
  • Complimentary meeting space.
  • A complimentary standard audio/visual setup (laptop, projector, screen, and microphone).
  • The opportunity to submit five (5) complimentary Additional Credentials: full-time employees of your company for attendance to your meeting only. NOTE: This is to be utilized for those employees to attend only your large Group Client Meeting, who are not planning to attend any other conference activities. Full conference registrations may be purchased through for attendees interested in attending other conference education and social events.
  • A staff monitor outside the entrance to your assigned room to only allow attendees with an official conference badge to enter.

National Creditors Bar Association asks that you:

  • Complete the GROUP Meeting Application indicating a time of day preference and the length of your meeting. Meetings are usually 30 or 60 minutes, but in Washington, DC space may be available for longer meetings.
  • Identify - on the application – the name of the individual who will utilize the complimentary registration.
  • Submit the names of your five (5) Additional Credentials. These are full-time employees of your company who will be attending your Client Meeting only. Once your meeting is confirmed, a link will be sent to you to register your Additional Credentials Attendees.
  • Invite your attorneys and advise them they MUST be registered for the NCBA Conference to attend your meeting.
  • Indicate on the application if you will be holding an OPEN or CLOSED meeting. If you would like to hold an OPEN meeting, you must be recruiting attorneys at the time of the Conference.
  • All CLOSED meetings will need to be monitored by your personnel.
  • There may be more than one Client Group Meeting happening at the same time. If there is a client(s) that you would like to request not have a meeting at the same time as your meeting, please indicate it on your request form.


Client Individual Meetings with Attorneys

Credit Grantors/Clients also utilize the Conferences to hold INDIVIDUAL meetings with their attorneys. NCBA provides an opportunity for you to reserve private meeting space for a reasonable fee. If you wish to lease meeting space for INDIVIDUAL meetings, please complete and return the Individual Meeting Request Form as soon as possible but prior to July 20, 2019. Space is limited and will be reserved on a first-come, first-served basis. Wednesday has very limited meeting room availability.

INDIVIDUAL meeting room reservations will include two (2) Complimentary Additional Credentials (These are badges for full-time employees of your company to access ONLY your own client meeting. These badges are for attendees not planning on attending any other conference activities). Please submit these names on the Individual Meeting Room Request Form.


Client Meeting Request From for Receptions or Luncheons

If you are interested in scheduling a luncheon or private reception, please complete and return the Client Meeting Request Form for Luncheons or Receptions as soon as possible but before August 29, 2019. Space is assigned on a first-come first-served basis. All requests must be reviewed and approved by the NCBA National Office.

NCBA respectfully requests that your firm or company NOT schedule any meetings (including hospitality suites, etc.) anytime on Friday or Saturday during Conference educational sessions or social events.
