National Creditors Bar Association members qualify under one of two categories: Law Firm Member or Individual Member. Please see the descriptions below each category for details.
1) Determine your category,
2) Complete and follow instructions for the Certification for Qualification, and
3) Select the Membership and continue the process.
National Creditors Bar Association LAW Firm Membership
National Creditors Bar Association focuses primarily on addressing the needs of the creditors’ rights attorney. Any law firm engaged in the active practice of creditors rights law, including solo practitioners, shall be eligible to be a Law Firm member of the Association, provided the qualifications are met.
National Creditors Bar Association Individual Membership
National Creditors Bar Association recognizes the need for In-House Counsel for Creditors to stay up to date with the latest in creditors rights law. In accord with criteria to be established by the Board of Directors, the following individuals shall be eligible for INDIVIDUAL MEMBER status in the Association:
(1) In-house counsel of a non-law firm, defined as an attorney who is employed full time by a non-governmental corporation, partnership, association, or other legal entity, including its subsidiaries and organizational affiliates, that is not itself engaged in the practice of law or the rendering of legal services outside such organization; and
(2) law student.

National Creditors Bar Association Vendor Membership (no longer offered as of January 2016)
This category of membership has been discontinued as of January 2016. Both previous Vendor Members and non-vendor members are encouraged to advertise in the newsletter, on the website in the Buyer’s Guide, exhibit at conferences and become sponsors. Customized packages are available for businesses who wish to market to Association attorney members. or on the website’s Buyer’s Guide. A company is encouraged to market if they provide products and services that would aid creditors rights attorneys in their practices.
